We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, capacity (e.g., 8 Liters), and TDS range (50–250 ppm) of our water purifiers. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
We use trusted third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) to process online payments safely. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Your financial data is securely handled by the payment gateway and is never stored on our servers.
We offer Pan-India shipping for our water purifiers. Standard delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Free doorstep installation is provided within 24–48 hours of product delivery in supported service areas.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch. Once the product is delivered and installed, returns or replacements are only accepted in the event of a verified manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.
bolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of our water purifiers or failure to follow manual instructions regarding water maintenance and filter replacements.
